     As I run this update software, a small box pops out asking an account and password. May I know what details have to be entered as I have tried my name, email id, product serial # in account and password i use to login into autel account and my product password.

    Nothing works.

    Pls help.

     same here - I enter my email (id) and seem s too long and gets truncated

     I have the exact same problem and I tried every possible combination ranging from my username/email to the serial number and my password... but nothing seems to work.

    Strange enough, the programme opens, but says that it did not recognize my username and password and therefore will not let me download any updates. In the programme however, I have the option to look into the installed programmes which are on my SD card. But nevertheless, the update function does not work and does not recognize my account.
